Your cats thrive at home

I searched for a cat sitter on Google, and Wave and Whisker came up. So I followed through with an enquiry. My request for care was short notice, so Toni came round to visit us the same day. We agreed everything, and I packed and left Toni with my keys and my precious furry friend (hard to do, since she is 16 years old!). There was no need to worry, as I was getting videos and twice-daily updates of her care. I could see she was happy and content being in her home and well cared for. Toni went above and beyond because I had a situation whilst away that delayed my return. Through my panic, I messaged Toni and asked if I could extend my care; there was no hesitation in his response. No ifs or buts, so the care continued until my return.

Absolutely fantastic! Both the meet beforehand and the twice-daily updates (loved these), with videos and photos, really put my mind at ease. All 4 of my babies really took to Toni, and I could see they were being well cared for and treated like his own. They go above and beyond a standard service, sweeping and hoovering, so it was nice and fresh on my return with a ‘welcome home’ card. I cannot fault the care given or service provided and will always be using Wave and Whisker and recommending to all other kitty parents I know!

I can’t recommend Wave and Whisker highly enough. Toni came around to introduce himself, explained the service and took notes. He looked after Tiddles while I was abroad for a week; the care and attention he gave him was exceptional. I greatly appreciated the twice-daily WhatsApp updates of photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind and allowed me to fully enjoy my holiday. Toni’s communication was excellent, and his reliability and kindness were obvious. He was also able to easily accommodate another morning visit when my flight was delayed. I shall be using Wave and Whisker again when I go on holiday in September and totally recommend them to anybody looking for a trustworthy, caring and dedicated pet sitter.

Can’t speak highly enough of the service and care received by Wave and Whisker. From the start, they were incredibly attentive and took time to understand our cat and her ways! We received regular updates and photos during the visits, which were so reassuring, and the cat and home were very well looked after. Will definitely be using again and will 100% recommend. Had Toni look after our cats for 7 days. He sent us daily updates and pictures, and he was excellent with the cats. When we returned home, everything was neat and tidy. Would recommend Wave & Whisker to anyone looking for a cat sitter!

We cannot recommend Toni at Wave & Whisker highly enough. He looked after our cat, Perri, while we were abroad, and the care and attention he gave her were absolutely exceptional. The photos and videos were a real highlight, and it was lovely to see Perri looking so relaxed and content while we were away. Truly amazing, I cannot recommend Wave & Whisker enough! Leaving my cats for the first time for a week and not having anyone to ask to pop in on them, I found Wave & Whisker online, and the experience has been fantastic. While I was away, I got a couple of videos, photos, and messages on every visit about how my boys were doing, and I could see that they were not only being tended to but also lovingly played with. Wave & Whisker have been super responsive before, during & after the booking if I had any questions or requests. As soon as I got home, I booked Wave & Whisker for my next trip!

Toni looked after our two cats for two weeks while we were away, and took such good care of them and our home. He went above and beyond in every area and provided plenty of updates and photos of the cats. Couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend.

Toni and Ruby have been fab from the start, doing everything they promised and more. We got clear updates on how Zooki was doing, along with pictures and videos of her both eating and enjoying some one-on-one time with Toni, and it was clear she was happy spending time with him. We have never used a cat sitter before, preferring family and friends to help where needed, as they know her. Still, we would definitely use Toni and Ruby again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a cat sitter in the local area.

Ruby took such good care of Minty.  From the moment we left, we felt at ease knowing she was in good hands. Ruby balanced her professionalism with warmth and kindness, she loves cats. We were updated at every stage, she responded quickly when we had a question and she even checked our flight status to make sure we arrived safely. Superb service.

Thanks to Toni and Ruby for their care. Our Ollie was so relaxed when we were away. The regular photo and video updates kept us from feeling the usual guilt of going abroad on holiday. Great service, highly recommended.
